ICC - Cricket Umpiring woes continue

Sports

Biggest Cricket Playing Nation India already under threat by International Cricket League(ICL) forming a private league. BCCI trying desperately to maintain the edge being recognized and official league from India.BCCI has large influence on ICC but now it looks like both BCCI and ICC are making themselves look old fashioned school - with so much unjustice done to India.

With so much technology available, we wonder why Cricket is where it is today. India has always suffered in finals in recent years because of poor umpiring. This time in the decider match between India/England, the 7th ODI, we saw it again.

Both Dravid and Tendulkar's decisions ruling them out were such where technology should have used for certain. Tendulkar - the Little Master - the world's highest run getter has got 3 wrong decisions in this series and if there was better umpiring, the world would have seen some more from this master. Clearly the umpiring would be blamed for years to come when these three decisions are looked at again and again. ICC would also be under threat as there is certainly a need for new league, new management, new ideas into the game of cricket.

India will never accept this, BCCI should not and ICC should change and apologize to Little Master. Not sure if apology is a solution but that could be a start. Immediate steps has to be taken to adapt the technology to help make right decisions. The crowd at Lords kept booing the umpire long after Sachin was ruled out because they did not get their worth seeing full of "God" or cricket - Sachin Tendulkar - worse it happened at Lords which is regarded as the best stadium to play Cricket. That probably is the last match of the new generation 'Bradman' at Lords - certainly a forgettable one and a black spot on ICC and its umpiring standards.

Maybe Tendulkar should send out a message by joining ICL. That will give a *SLAP* to both ICC and BCCI and shackle the world of Cricket.
